Terms of Service

WhizNote provides AI study tools. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

You keep ownership of the material you upload. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you. Only upload material you have the right to use.

WhizNote is a learning aid. You are responsible for following your school's rules on AI use and for checking AI output, which can contain mistakes.

Paid plans renew until cancelled. Credits are counted in words processed. Top-up credits do not expire. Payments are handled by Polar.

Don't misuse the service, attempt to break it, or use it to create harmful or illegal content.
